At weddings, culinary disappointments rarely occur in the kitchen – but rather due to unplanned breaks, overly long program items or a lack of coordination.
That is why we attach great importance to:

As experienced wedding caterers, we take the liberty of making recommendations – for example on the length of a wedding aperitif or the best time for speeches.
Not lecturing, but from experience. Because you can’t move a perfect piece of meat – but you can move a speech.

It doesn’t always have to be the classic fillet of beef with potato gratin – although that can of course be excellent. The important thing is that every menu is well thought out, balanced and perfectly crafted.

Wherever possible, we work with regional and seasonal products and with smaller producers around Zurich.
This guarantees freshness, quality and a conscious use of resources – something we find particularly valuable for the most beautiful day of your life.
Our range is supplemented by selected top suppliers, where regionality reaches its limits – for example with fish and seafood products.
FROM WELCOME DRINK TO MIDNIGHT SNACK
Our wedding catering can – if desired – accompany the entire day with culinary delights:
- Welcome drink on arrival
- Aperitif after the ceremony
- Dinner
- Dessert & wedding cake
- Bar & Party
- Midnight snack
We are also happy to take care of additional material, for example if other food is to be taken along. Such services are planned in advance and offered transparently.
FLEXIBLE ENTRY – AT ANY TIME
Every wedding is different, and that’s exactly what we cater for. Tietze’s Catering can be involved at any stage of the planning process – whether the location has already been decided, for celebrations on private property or at a very early stage of the organization. Our experience allows us to flexibly integrate ourselves into existing plans or to help shape them from the very beginning.
Thanks to our extensive network, we work closely with florists, musicians, DJs and other service providers – including, of course, partners of the bride and groom. Open, cooperative and solution-oriented, we make sure that the culinary delights and the event flow together harmoniously.
BUDGET CLARITY – AN IMPORTANT BASIS
Harmonious wedding catering is created when expectations, possibilities and requirements are well coordinated. So that we can provide you with expert advice and develop a culinary concept that suits your celebration, it is important to be clear about the planned budget for food & beverage and the number of guests at an early stage.
It is helpful for bridal couples to think in advance about how much money per guest is planned for the wedding dinner. The available budget is always in direct proportion to the number of guests – and has a significant influence on the menu design, the choice of products and the scope of services. Depending on whether a budget is allocated to a smaller or larger party, very different culinary options open up.
This transparency helps us to develop realistic ideas and clearly define our common goal from the outset: wedding catering that meets your requirements and impresses on your wedding day in exactly the way you want it to. That’s why we ask you to provide the relevant information in the form when making an inquiry – as a basis for honest advice and an individually tailored offer.
WEDDING PLANNING – OPTIONAL AND DISCREETLY INTEGRATED
Some weddings require more coordination than others.
For couples with higher expectations regarding structure, flow and personal relief, we also offer professional wedding planning as an optional service – in collaboration with one of Switzerland’s most renowned wedding planners.
This additional service is not a necessity.
A wedding with Tietze’s Catering works perfectly well without wedding planning – it always depends on individual expectations.
