As the event season approaches, an intensive but also inspiring phase begins at Tietze’s Catering. Even before the first event takes place, concepts are honed, menus developed and processes prepared – because professional catering thrives on good planning and experience.

Catering starts long before the event
Every season brings new challenges. Business events become more compact, aperitifs more flexible, menus lighter and more seasonal. For us, the preparation phase is all about translating these developments into tailor-made catering concepts.
This results in individual solutions for business catering and corporate events, for drinks receptions and receptions as well as for event formats with a clear culinary signature. Our experience shows: The better the preparation, the more relaxed the event – for hosts and guests alike.
Menus with event experience
In event catering, it’s not just the taste that counts, but also the interplay of timing, presentation and sequence. In preparation for the season, we review existing menus, test new combinations and tailor dishes to their suitability for events.
