Dry January – alcohol-free, but full of flavor
Dry January means consciously abstaining from alcohol in January. The movement has spread internationally and helps many people to start the new year in a healthier way after the holidays. We show that non-alcoholic drinks can be just as festive and aromatic as classic drinks.

Veganuary motivates people around the world to eat vegan in January. For events of 20 people or more, we offer vegan menus that are aromatic, varied and surprisingly versatile.

- Braised celeriac steaks with herb jus
- Quinoa and vegetable bowl with roasted cauliflower and tahini

Catering or disruptive cooking – we provide honest advice
For events of 20 people or more, we recommend our classic catering. For smaller groups we recommend our sturgeon chef who cooks directly on site and creates a personal, exclusive experience.
